Who we are
This site is operated by Type Two Agency LLC ("we"). By joining or voting you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
What this is
A waitlist and a public poll to choose the name of a game in development. It is not a contest, raffle or official election, and there are no prizes. The poll guides the decision; the final decision belongs to Type Two Agency LLC.
Voting rules
One vote per confirmed email, which cannot be changed. We may void votes or sign-ups made by cheating, with emails that are not yours or with automated tools.
Ideas and suggestions
We review every idea before publishing it and don't guarantee it will be in the game. By sending it you allow us to use, adapt and publish it without payment or any duty to credit you. Don't send anything that isn't yours, or offensive or illegal content, or other people's personal data.
No guarantees
We don't promise a launch date, or that the game will have certain features or a given price. Being on the list gives you no right over the game.
Intellectual property
The site, the game and their content belong to Type Two Agency LLC. The game's brands, businesses and vehicles are fictional and unrelated to real companies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, WA.
