Who is responsible
Type Two Agency LLC (typetwoagency.com) is the company responsible for this page, your email and the vote. For any question or to ask us to delete your data: contact@typetwoagency.com.
What we store
Your email, the page language, the name you voted for (if you voted), the ideas you suggest, your votes on ideas and the date. We keep an irreversible fingerprint of your connection (not your IP) to stop abuse.
What we use it for
To confirm your email, count your vote once and tell you about the game's launch. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Nobody, for advertising. The data lives with cloud providers we contract (Vercel for the site and Railway for the database). Emails are sent by an email provider (Resend) that only receives your address to deliver the message. We measure visits with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. To stop bots we use Google reCAPTCHA on the forms: Google may use cookies and analyze how you interact with the page, under its own policy. Data may be processed in the United States.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your email and your vote at any time by writing to contact@typetwoagency.com. We keep your data until you ask. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link: if you use it, you will not get more emails and your vote is kept.
